Cancellation/no-show policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to cancel your appointment. However, to ensure fairness to both our barbers and other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment cost and/or being marked as “pre-pay only” in our system. This policy is in place to secure our barbers' livelihoods and to ensure fairness to other clients who could have taken the spot.

While we always encourage you to keep your scheduled appointment, we understand that life happens. To re-schedule, modify, or cancel your appointment, please do so via the Squire App, or through links in your email/text confirmation.
